Return Policy
We will do QC (Quality Control) on the condition of each product before shipping out to make sure it is in good condition. However, if there is problems with the items you received, we do accept some for return or exchange following our policy written below.
Items are returnable or exchangeable within 2 days from the date of receiving. Please make sure it complies with our policy below before making request for a return or exchange.
Important Notes :
- Items must be return in the original condition including tag or packages. Any of these missing, the return request will not be entertained.
- Customers need to submit the request within 2 days from the date of receiving, any request later than 2 days will not be entertained.
- Request must be submitted together with photo showing the problems of the item.
- Items must be sent out from customers side within 3 days upon successful request.
- Items can be exchanged with the same design and color only.
- If customers received damaged/stained items, and request to change to different designs or colors, postage of return and replacement will be borne by customers.
Returnable/Exchangeable
- Items that are terribly damage or massively stained.
- Items that are with prominent and obvious quality problems. (Eg. Left right sleeve not balance)
- Wrong items from what you have ordered. (Eg. Totally wrong item code, style or color)
Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable
- Minor loose threads, irregular fold or wrinkle produced by crumpling, color differs slightly from the pictures shown online.
- Item design is slightly different from the picture displayed (e.g. button, pocket, or tag)
- Transparent slightly or bad odor.
- Size measurement differs about 1-3cm only.
- Customers who did not inform us and post the item back directly will not be entertained.
- Sold out items are not available for exchange.
Products
All the products sold in this blog are only GENERIC and they come with reasonable quality and sold at very affordable price. Therefore, please expect slight difference from what you see in pictures. In some rare cases, our products may have minor defects such as wrong printing, missed stitching or other tolerable defects. Some of our products are made in china and therefore workmanship may not be at the top of level. Please kindly understand this. If you are unable to accept it, then kindly DO NOT place your order here. Online purchases are not suitable for fussy buyer.
